@freedombiteback : it's not riskware, deactivate Kasp, install it, install the WinPcap thingy, run it, it works, uninstall it and uninstall the WinPE thingy, activate kasp, kasp will bark, select repair, repair will fail, reboot manually, login, let kasperky try to proove himself he's right, and watch the magnificient failure. This is safe. What is not safe is to keep it on your drive if you don't use it, kaspersky barks because of this, nothing more, nothing less, time's up.
