  • honestly, i don't think the versa is a ugly looking car. it's better looking than the toyota yaris and many other cars in its class. i'm actually considering buying either the sl version of the versa or a nissan altima 2.5s. if i picked the versa it would def be a hatchback rather than a sedan, because the sedan is weird looking

  • better than Aveo

  • @ijl05 hmm.. thats weird even with 2people in the car it doesnt slug to get onto a inclined on ramp... weird. there might be something up with ur electrical. but i couldnt say forsure. but yea my 09 is a champ :)

  • @kphillips012 i couldn't agree. the 4 speed automatic make the car feel a bit weak. it's "ok" around town, but struggle on the highway.

  • @ijl05 CVT is waaaay more peepy on acceleration :) i have a 09 S hatchback and it PWNS civics, PT cruisers, Chevy PT look alikes (HHR), pretty much anything with less than 200hp lol

  • @queensny2009 The headlights are angular to make it a bit aggressive on the road. This has to be the largest subcompact car out there.

  • I rented one last year & liked it a lot. It's very roomy for the class & has a nice looking interior. The only thing that would prevent me from buying one is that acceleration is kind of slow. I would buy the hatchback over the sedan because it's better looking & it also has a better reliability record according to Consumer Reports. I would buy one if I wanted a small hatchback.

  • The versa is a "ok" car but the poor reliability and fuel economy keep it from being the best in class. My main problem of the car is the accleration. It's very slow and I wish I brought the car with the CVT transmission. Although I love the interior space, I wish nissan build this car more reliable instead of me keep going back to the dealership several time throughout the year. If nissan could address the fuel economy, engine noise, and reliability, I would buy another one.

  • i like the sedan better than the hatchback

  • @eyelikepie1 Its just an inside joke for anyone who regularly watches Top Gear.

  • @SuperleggeraVW why is the dacia sandero the best car in the world?
