Using two cydia apps, you can easily save and view e-mail attachments on your iPhone or iPod Touch. Basically you use AttachmentSaver and iFile from the Cydia store, AttachmentSaver saves the files and you can view them using iFile.

AttachmentSaver is $1.99 at the Cydia Store, while iFile is $4.00, but you can find them cracked at the following repositories:

vnmagic.net/cydia/ - iFile
repo.sinfuliphone.com/ - AttachmentSaver

iFile itself is a great app because it allows you to view files that you would normally not be able to view such as .doc, .rtf and .wma files, although there are many more!

  • It is well established that either first or firstly can be used to begin an enumeration: Our objectives are, first (or firstly), to recover from last year's slump

  • Whats Web Server do?

  • @Ivansky1 Nice grammer, moron. Don't lecture people on improper use of words if you can't even punctuate. My 8-year old cousin can do better than that.

  • @ujibo42 It's grammar, moron. My 10-year old sister can do better than that.

  • haha

iphone can do this now anyways lol

  • Ok, just watching this, couldn't help but notice, iFile has a look at your iPhone file structure as if it's Linux. (Guessing it is, being as fast as it is). That being said, the problem with using iFile is that you can delete things you shouldn't, rendering your phone a brick. Use iFiles (yes, notice the S). Second, just want to save the attachment without jailbraking phone...how do you do this? Has to be a way.

  • Tnq O_x needed this sooo much I installed both already but didn't yet know how to use them xD

  • thanks for the information, I will try this with my Ipod and I hope it will work.

    Have a nice day.
