-
Nice video.... BTW it doesn't look like a spitfire/mustang hybrig - it is Hawker Tempest from '42 :)
-
how long did it take to model this?
-
3ds max or maya...hmmm, whats better, and tell me the pros and cons when comaring, don't just tell me 3ds max is better becuase you "have" it....
-
I would be extremely thankful if you could make a longer slower version of this video because I found it difficult to follow all of the small steps involved to making this masterpiece.
-
it would be a lot more useful if you could explain what you are doing. everybody see that you are good, but it doesn't help us...

wow thats really cool, ive been doing inventor for my 3rd year now, and their is no way im close to your level of skill, very good job. and by the way do you do any technical drawings or just mess around in inventor?
fishordie92 1 year ago
@fishordie92 Yes, I also do technical layouts, Clash detection, fea and so on... but it realy bores me. For the past two years, my job is to teach And train peolple on various softwares, so I rarely do any serious production drawing.

very nice and hard job!
i'm trying to create an r/c F-5A this time but i have low knowlede on inventor.
I didn't understand how the very beginning of the project happened with the drawings and sketches very well coordinated in 3d space. Did you have cross section drawings and put them with workplanes on right potition ?
thanks!

The answer is in your question.... develop you section views and guide rails in 3d space using work planes to create some sort of vectoriel skeleton. then its a matter of surfacing transition beetween those. finally stich everything into a solid.
Thanks !
