Philosophical Examination of the Flying Spaghetti Monster

In this video I examine some of the philosophical implications and ideas behind the Flying Spaghetti Monster. The Flying Spaghetti Monster is a very important concept (along with the invisible pink unicorn and Russel's Teapot) because, although it is satire, it does create a perfect match for religion. Every argument that I can think of that is used in favor of religion can also be used in favor of the Flying Spaghetti Monster. Now, if you can use a certain syllogism to "prove" the existence of something that you KNOW doesn't exist, that means the argument is flawed in some way... whether you know how it is flawed is irrelevant.

Also, don't piss off the Flying Spaghetti Monster by not believing in him. It will piss him off. You'll regret it... I assure you... X_X

Whenever I see someone state something that is obviously false, I try to correct the mistake. True, science hasn't solved everything, but it is the only method we have to determine truth from fiction. There is no thought process higher. Think with logic; feel with emotion.
