Detours: Josie Long at Inspace

Young, female & politically active, Josie Long and Ellie Harrison are two rising stars of the comedy and visual art scenes whose work firmly punches the state of the nation in the face.
Here Josie & Ellie discuss their views on public service policy and more. They are sat in Ellie's installation 'A Brief History of Privatisation' at Inspace, where Josie later performed her live Detour.

In August 2011, the Edinburgh Art Festival commissioned Trigger to make Detours, a series of live interventions in some of the city's most stimulating visual art spaces. This is one of eight films made by Daniel Warren in response to the events. You can find out more here: bit.ly/​Detours
