An informal runthrough in Marilyn's office of the cadenza from David Rakowski's Piano Concerto. (NYC traffic and jazz band rehearsal downstairs evident in the audio) One edit midstream due to an egregious page turn. The premiere of the concerto was 11/2/07 by Boston Modern Orchestra Project, Gil Rose, conducting, and it was recorded shortly thereafter for BMOP/Sound, catalog # 1009. The CD was released March 2, 2009, and includes two other Rakowski pieces as well. This excerpt begins at 7:57 of track 6 of the CD.

Wow, that composition is pure genius, and Marilyn, you did an amazing performance especially liked the laughter at the end!
