LOL Yeah everywhere is like this, even Canada / England / Scandinavia etc. I've been in a lot of places in Europe and they have their own brand of racism there, such as signs saying "No Gypsies Allowed" in front of stores. PSN is just like 360... there are no moderators tho so people can say whatever they want. On black ops every match usually one at least one person has a swastika as their playercard - sometimes more.
