@maolieksvids Half of the joke here is that both of the characters singing this duet are so painfully innocent that they don't even know they're using baptism as a stand-in for sex. . . but the other half of the joke is, as you noted, how incredibly offensive this concept is to Christians.(The girl's line "I'm wet with salvation" at 3:36 is one of the most stupendously blasphemous things ever written, but you have to have to know English slang *and* Christian theology to fully appreciate it.)
