Giving back what i should have never taken away

i have had a lot of time to reflect on shuting down this channel a long time ago and in doing so i have realised that all i needed was a break away from youtube. it was selfish of me to take away the videos that so many people enjoyed watching and i now want to make up for that by returning and taking youtube into moderation so that this never happens again.

@sssrbk lol! im 18 lbs lighter then is was last time and im at about 6 % body fat now. lol surprised you could tell threw this video, they do say tv adds ten pounds lol
