I made this with Flash. The TV is a movie clip object and can be handled as a single unit in the main timeline. Within the TV object, I play one of my movies that I imported. The tricky part was exporting the result as a movie file because the built-in AVI export feature did not play the sound of the embedded movie (might be a limitation of an old version of Flash). So I had to use another tool to record the Flash movie as it played to make a file to post here.
