Thanks for your comment, BUT...
Here is a test a Master Electrician did:
He used an Ammeter. Measured the amperage draw in his home with the air-conditioners on. 18 amps. When putting the PowerWorx online, he immediately saw a drop down to 17 amps. He disconnected the Powerworx, and the amperage draw went back up to 18 amps.
