How to unlock.

1. Go To The Main Screen. (Not the Wii Tittle Screen, the screen where your screen can turn gold if you get 5 Stars on every song) Don't Press A

2. Press on the D-Pad: Up,Up,Down,Down,Left,Right,Left,Right

3. You should see it being unlocked.

So All You Have To Do Is Go To The Wii Menu and WiiConect24 even User Agreements or Something Like That.
