and who you are is beneficiary and administrator of YOU, the sovereign free flesh and blood Man/woman. You reign supreme authority over yourself and your property. That is common law. We are a common law nation if you know how to assert your sovereign status and rescind, revoke, and/or sever all contracts with the state, you shall be free. Truly free. Not this bastardized state version of free. Do you truly feel free? No? Then stop watching tv and start reading. DO SOEMTHING ABOUT IT.

If you use an attorney you are a fool. Know who you are, research, prepare, & execute, and most importantly, never step into court unless you have already won the case. Attorneys do not have an oath to you. They have an oath to the state. They are officers of the court. The court is the state. The state is who steals your rights surrepticiously and calls them privilages by application and registrations which they regulate. The state steals your wealth & freedom for benefits to the poor.

LAWYERS DON'T KNOW ANYTHING when they get outta law school. They're trained to do stuff the way it's always done: run over and screw over dad. There are facilitators, DV advocates, pro bono attys, etc. who work with women but no one works with a father. If a pro se gets just a FEW HOURS with someone who knows what they are doing, they kick an attorney's butt all over the courthouse JUST LIKE I DID any many others who took the same approach. Prose can and has been done, but its not something you should do if you don't know what your doing. Might I suggest, purchasing a copy of Jurisdictionary.
This things works and I am going to buy one. As far as "legal work" being done by lawyers, well just ask a paralegal or legal secretary who actually does the work in law office. Its they that do the work and most all of them, do not have a law degree, but only have the skill, and that really all you need, but need it you will.
