This was publiced for over 2,5 years ago. and problably the film was old too. Since Romanian joined the Eu-federation the development has increased very fast. so this is a very bad propaganda to reflect the childrens welfare.

What's the romenian government up to other then not caring for they're own children? and i see so many big churches in romania! Eastern Europeans are also a pain in the ass. I am sorry but no offense . I'd like to adopt a child from Romania or Ukraine but it's so hard.. it may take up to 6 yrs..pls stop doing videos showing these poor children..you break people's hearts all over the world because we want to help and you don't give us the opportunity to adopt easier..

Afraid that is wishful thinking. I have been to Romania recently and the street children problem is still horrific. As is the abandoned newborns turning hospitals into orphanages because of the new law. The only propaganda happening here is what the EU is feeding everyone about the progress it has made in Romania.

Just brainwashing. Take anyone desperate and show them care, and you can brainwash them into most anything. It's probably much worse than this in Haiti and much of Africa.
