This video shows a 1-meter Windbelt system (also known as a Windcell) operating in Hong Kong. The "slow motion" appearance of the membrane is due to temporal aliasing, a effect caused by the limited frame rate of the video camera. The membrane is moving at 38 Hz.
Just bought a Windcell kit from seeedstudio. I cannot wait to try this out.
