i would have had a much better time if the dumb bitch behind me didn't keep bumping her lit cigarette into my back and hair. other than that it was awesome. was nice to see a very diverse crowd that only nyc area can deliver.
i was really hoping for this song to come on friday...but i didn't and i was so mad i din't got he next day too and the other thing that got me mad was that my friend went and said radiohead sucked on saturday i jsut didn't speak to her for the rest of the day..but frieday had an awesome set too
And I understand everyone has their opinions. But: "I need to wash myself again to hide all the dirt and pain, cause I'd be scared that there's nothing underneath" "Where do we go from here, the planet is a gunboat in a sea of fear. And where are you?" How can you detest that?
Not trying to rub it in but Saturday was a MUCH better show. We left Friday saying that was really good. We left Saturday saying that was fucking mind blowing. We couldnt really tell why it was such a difference.
I was only there Friday, and it was a great show but the song selection was MUCH better Saturday. Paranoid Android & Optimistic & You and Whose Army were very good but no comparison to this or National Anthem or Planet Telex!! Saturday was definitely more of a rocking set. The only consolation for me was that they DIDN'T do The Bends on Friday (thank god!) - really the only Radiohead song I truly detest. Anyway, thanks for posting!
