Using the Dockstar as a Powerful Gaming and Emulation Console

Can you get a game menu to appear, so no keyboard or mouse is needed? Just choose a game with the controller? Can you get two controllers working? My idea is to stuff everything inside a broken NES deck, maybe use the NES's "Reset" button to switch games and go back to menu, and if at all possible, use the original controllers.
