actually it will damage your vocal cords because weather your sound is comeing from them or not your still useing them and yea if your practice alot like i do your screaming and or growling will not hurt anymore but they will always get damaged on a side note <3 for the used oh and if your wondering how ik this info its cause im a goreist o,..,o

@the1lj1 yeah its not true.... cause I di that. It's called professional screaming and if you do it correctly it doesn't damage your vocal chords at all. Mostly cause you don't use your vocal chords to do it.. but yeah. If you do it wrong and professionally your correct. But in this case. You aren't
