sportsonpc I am only about 5'6 and I dunk on the other team all the time. I happen to be part of college's team and my elegant dunking wows every one (even the other team). It turned out to be in all honesty quite comfortable and easy, I merely just applied the exclusive training program available at 50-inch-vertical[dot]com - just try it!

This 50 inch vertical thing is either a lie or true. I have seen like 7 of these posts all with the same story. Some 5'7 guy can now dunk

sportsonpc, this video reminds me of why I watch basketball, along with all the dunking. If you can't dunk yet, you GOTTA start practicing. I highly recommend you to try the one I'm using - "50inch vertical (dot) com" - I m 5 7 and I can dunk!

sportsonpc, wow that is beast. this is directly from someone who s the shortest on his team but finish alley dunks. I checked out the nba training program at | 50 inch vertical [dot] com | and increased over 14 ins on my vertical.
