what happens if you cannot marry (due to many circumstances) and its biologically not healthy for men to not have any release all the way until they are 30 or 40? please advice, sincerely want to know

Instead you must offer your body to righteousness, and desire to do what is God-pleasing, and become a slave to righteousness. If you are going nuts and you really feel the urge to masturbate, you must completely reject it and deny it, and think of something God-pleasing that you can do. This process becomes easier and easier the more you do it, and soon enough you are a slave to righteousness. And yes, I am a Christian (not Catholic)

@RAFAAJ2000 Masturbation only relieves the pressure temporarily, and you have to keep doing it over and over again and soon you realize that you are a slave to that particular sin. If you offer your flesh to sin, that is a perfect time for Satan to strike.

I guess our sheikh is married & doesn't have a clue what millions of young muslims who cannot get married have to endure.Yes, there is a hadith that says that those who cannot afford to get married should fast and be patient but that implies that there is a limited time before they actually marry.In the Prophet's time, men usually married in their late teens or early twenties.Also,sex with concubines was easy & common. Now most muslims cannot marry until their 30s or 40s because of poverty.

Who said masturbation is haram ? ! There is no mention in the Qur'an or hadith that masturbation is haram. It is the interpretation of scholars particularly wahabi scholars who consider it a sin....Masturbation is actually the same as sex as long as it not compulsive/chronic or preferred over sexual intercourse. Masrurbation is a normal practice and everybody does it even animals. It is actually very healthy and this is proven scientifically.
