@yoitsjeremy no its not maybe u have to much stuff running get advanced task manager and fully close apps i have had mine for a while and i have had no problems i got an evo and i switched back because the hero is better it would be the best phone out right know if the processor wasn't so small if it had the evos processor it would be the beastliest phone ever
