Fire in Oil Tower 14

This is the first of a series of videos I collected from some PDVSA engineers. You can see the impressive force of nature, being impossible to handle and, in some cases, to run away.

In all of this cases, the detonator was a mishandled of the well perforator (made in china). The mud was not properly controlled and the oil pressure finally blow the entire well.

This happened in Monagas, Venezuela - 2007.

This video was re-coded to reduce the file size (from MPG to DivX/mp3).

this was a real blow out..... and they where drilling like 700' below surface, the blow out ocured cuz they hit some gassands that didnot showed up on the seismic and gechemical test on the field......

bro cuz is shitty cheap low chinese tech..... this well is in venezuela, in fact was one of the 11 rigs that venezuela bought to some " chinese rig companies" as you can see, the aint worth the money that we paid with our taxes.....
