A "quadrille" is specifically a dance from the Regency era, and this one was performed at a launch party for the latest Temeraire book, so the title is entirely accurate, actually.

Beautifully done. Although the Quadrille originated in France, it became very popular in England. Whenever people perform so-called English dances, they usually walk the steps making them look dreary but these skip the steps as they should be. Also, the music is perfect, I'm sure I can even hear a Flageolet playing which would always accompany the Quadrille.
