yes, this is a FINE ART drawing, not one of those from photo copied photo-like drawings with stiff figures with frozen smiles
to achieve this also the pencil has to be hold in a loose way like this

@culkin80 it's soft charcoal pencil, charcoal pencils are not usually graded with letters.

the distance between the lips and the bottom of the nose looks too far as does the chin is it supposed to look like its streched?
