Wow, I am shocked by the comments I am reading. I am 17, and I know I am still young and haven't seen everything, but many of the comments here are disgusting. What the Taliban did to the statues of the Buddahs is wrong.But that is reason to condemn the whole religion of Islam for what a small extremist group has done. All you people know about Islam is what the media feeds you so you will support the war, they forget to mention the average Muslims like Dr. Mehmet Oz and Ice Cube.

How are you SO sure that Islam is 'the truth'? Or that 'allah' exists?
Dear; Science is based in the observation of the tangible world, it does not bases itself in ancient books and contradictory conjectures; it bases itself in the power of the human mind to study and give explanation to the things that surround us.
To keep it simple:
Religion: Ignorance and violence
Science: progress and peace.
