Harvest Moon: Island of Happiness - Elliot's Proposal and Wedding

Requirements to Get Married
- Seen all the heart events in your path
- 50% completion of the island done
- Bought the wife/husband bed from Chen after you upgraded your house to the largest size
- Have the church, Nathan, and Alisa living on the island
- Unlock the 23 main portraited characters: Taro, Elliot, Felicia, Natalie, Gannon, Eliza, Mirabelle, Vaughn, Julia, Chen, Charlie, Denny, Witch, Harvest Goddess, Nathan, Alisa, Regis, Sabrina, Pierre, Lanna, Shea, Wada, and Mark (if playing as a girl) or Chelsea (if playing as a boy).

The blue feather will appear in Chen's store for 1000G when someone reaches an orange heart or higher. Remember, the feather is also part of the shipping list, so you should ship one before you actually get married. No worries, you can buy it again from Chen.

Note that the proposal dialogue is different depending on which path of hearts events you took. I took the 1st path (like most people), so that's why Elliot said what he said. I don't think the different paths affect anything thing else when it comes to marriage.

BLACK: My sister makes me worried. She often talks back. How come she can't act like a girl? As her brother, I'm worried.
PURPLE: This is a great place to live. The land is fruitful, and there's so much nature!
BLUE: My sister thinks I'm pathetic. *sighs*
GREEN: I need to look after the family. I wish I was as productive as you, Alice.
YELLOW: My sister always makes fun of me. I guess it's how we communicate...
ORANGE: Alice, you're a hard worker. I think you're great.
RED: Please let me know if there's anything I can do to help you, Alice.
ENGAGEMENT: Hahaha. We're going to get married. It's like a dream.

@SuperLilyPad123 If people aren't accepting your gifts, that is because you haven't talked to them in a while. To get people to accept again, you must warm up to them by talking to them for 4 or 5 days straight, and then giving them a gift.
