  • @sim636; how did you get the baffle out. i have a r55 on my busa but can't get the baffle out. i removed the bolt and hoped it would fall out but it looks like i might end up damaging it. thanks.

  • @ghola2010 like you i just took the bolt out, it took a little encouragement to come out but it should just pull out.

  • hey is that sound with the cat still on? is the installation easy?

  • yeh still got the cat in unfortunately, would be better without. I had it installed by a yoshi dealer because it needed a re-map as it doesn't need a power commander.

  • Is that a slip-on or full system? Think the Yoshi are fairly conservative with their sound!

  • It's just the slip-on with a remap. Ok it may not sound as raw as maybe a micron or blue flame but it is such a smooth sound and it really whales at high revs.

  • Hey buddy, I have exactly the same pipe on my K9 750 and i have taken out the baffle but my bike dosent sound as good as urs. I was told by Suzuki that there was no need to have it re-mapped because the R55 were released for the GSXR's...

Is there anything else i can do....?

    Thanks

  • @sim636 wut do u mean needed a remap ? sorry about being nosy, jus trying to learn about the motorcycle engine components !!
