I have a poppy pitbull and he is one for the vast bog I have

Great video!! Shining a light on the ignorance people have against the pitties. I love my pittie!!

well, Hector is friendly with other dogs again, and in a happier family

I love pit bulls. Wish I could have one. No room in my house with 3 dogs already. :(

There have been a few times where someone is walking a cute, friendly dog. I pet it and ask what kind it is. They said "pit bull." And all I can think is "how the heck did these guys get such a bad reputation? They're so sweet!" Poor things.

While I have never been around one of these dogs, it was a great video to see. Thank you for taking the time to put this together.

Awesome video. Pit bulls are the greatest dogs. The one person that dislikes this video needs to actually meet a pit bull and realize that they are just friendly face lickers and not killers.

What a wonderful way to help showcase the great attributes of one of the best breeds ever created! I rescued a red-nosed Pit and he's the best thing that ever happened to me. I've always had a love for this breed and I've recently realized that my life's passion is to help this breed, so I'll be opening a Pit Bull rescue and behavioral camp as soon as I'm able.
Anyone that wants to help this great breed can do so! Please share your knowledge that these dogs are to be treasured, not destroyed!

This is a great video. Anyone who has ever taken a chance on a rescued pit bull, know how rewarding it can be. We are fortunate enough to share our house with 6 and although it does pose some challenges at times the rewards far outweigh the negatives. In 2008 we formed Pit Bull Positive an organization to help educate people on the breed and encourage responsible ownership. We also broadcast a show on Ustream by the same name.
It a human problem not a dog problem.

This is such a great educational video on the breed!!! Thanks to everyone who contributed to it being made!
I found this video on the Animal Care & Control's website for my County (that's right "the government"!). This is really a great video I'm glad they chose it to represent this breed. Very well put together, time flew by watching it~ didn't seem 11 min long at all!
And I'll admit I was a bit teary eyed at the end there. Those Vicktory dogs always get the best of me : ) They're a such a great testimony to the breeds true character. So happy they are now receiving the love & care they deserve.

@beejer119 Thank you very much! Do you have a URL for the Animal Control site you saw it on?

Great video, I am an inner city cop and also a pitbull owner . My dog is one of the most calm kid friendly dogs I ve ever met. What most people don't know is that Pits are extreme homebodys who don't seem to run like other dogs but they have to be in the center of everything like hopping in the laundry basket or plopping on you when your Doing sit ups

Thank You for the wonderful post. I hope that pit bulls will survive the reactionary press and public and those towns and cities that ban pitbulls will be brought to court and justice will be served- the BSL is unconstitutional and will someday soon be challanged in the higher courts. GO BULLIES!
