Printing over zippers and sweatshirts, jackets, and hoodies is often difficult, but Ryonet's Zipper Pro dual inseam cutout makes it much easier! We precisely cut a dual layered groove through the exact center of the pallet which centers your zipper, allows for the zipper to recess, and allows for the zipper lining to recess at a higher height. The end result is a recessed zipper and outer zipper lining that fold in making it much easier to print over the zipper. Our measurements for Zipper Pro dual inseam fit most standard zippers with ease. When printing sweatshirts we recommend the use of Web Spray Adhesive to hold the sweatshirt in place. When printing over zippers it is always easier to use a reduced ink through a higher mesh screen.
