The producers didnt inform the actors that this was DYNASTY's last season.. if they did, Linda Evans would've stayed for the whole 9th season..

Maybe they figured Danny should be blonde because Sammy Jo & Steven are, too

I've seen some of Sammy Jo's crappy furniture for sale at the Goodwill before.

I think they replaced Danny because either the child wasn't developing fast enough or developed too much between seasons.

I felt so sorry for blake/john in this scene this is indicative of what the rest of the season was like the spakle was gone out of the character and the actor when Linda/Krystle left the show
