Great info except it doesn't work! Pressing Ctrl C on an ACT Contact Detail field then going to Outlook 2007 and pressing Ctrl Z doesn't do anything. Nothing is copied to the email.

It's probably my accent, but it's CTRL + V to paste, not CTRL + Z (which to me is a Zed, but to you is a Zee;-)
