It's funny 'cause that's when I really started getting into hip-hop ('cause of BTH and all)!! So thanks too, and yeah I know what you mean about the 90's feeling to this.. @YoungDub222 Perhaps it is "ここで 遊んで" (koko de asonde). I'm not Japanese and my knowledge about it, is a little bad, but the literal translation is "They play/have fun here".

In Japanese slang, I think is something similar.
