    from what i know, all dyes can be found in the game, you find them through finding armour, if that armour has a colour you dont already have then that colour will be added to your dye list, the dyes are also bound to account so you wont have to do it with every character.

    the "buy set" i would presume is part of the ingame story which would most likely just unlock all dyes for you.

  • there is a cost involed. It says "buy set?" on a button there...

  • If only you could steal other players' dyes. Then I'd finally be able to use the line;

    "All your dyes are belong to us"

  • @TreadNine Where's the second game?

  • FREE BLACK DYE !!! :OO

  • Apparently there is 400 dyes in game :0

  • yes you have to unlock the colors first to use them on your armor

  • Why do i have the feeling that we're gonna have to pay for some more advanced colours such as the "jewel" sets...

  • @osmium000 Yes, free.

  • @JesusAteMyWaffles Yes, it will be free to dye your armor in this game unlike Gw1. As instead of purchasing dye bottles from a merchant npc, you have to unlock the dyes individually for your whole account as you explore the world. And don't worry about not having dyes unlocked, as in the beginning you start off with a decent set already to change the color of your gear however way you like.
