Balaio: all Northeast Brazilian states (even though it's not so popular in Bahia)
Capoeira: Paraíba, Pernambuco, Alagoas, Sergipe, Bahia, Espírito Santo, Rio de Janeiro
Ciranda: Pernambuco & Paraíba
Fandango: South Brazil (Rio Grande do Sul); São Paulo as well, another kind though
Frevo: Pernambuco (Recife, to be sharp)
Lundu: São Paulo, Minas Gerais, Marajó island (Pará)
Maracatu: Paraíba, Pernambuco, Alagoas
Quadrilha: everywhere in Brazil, even though it's more popular at the Northeast and Rio de Janeiro
Samba: Rio de Janeiro (obviously)
