  • @MrPorkydanjou It all depends with the Lions who plays well next year, i imagine it'll mainly be Welsh and Irish boys, but u never know. For me its too early to say Farrell will but if he plays like he did against Wales i expect he'll be one of the 2-3 outside halfs there. After watching Ireland vs France yesterday I dont rate the French anywhere near what others have, personally if England go with the same intesity they had against Wales i can see them beating France.

  • @MrPorkydanjou - have to agree with you. I remember an article by Will Greenwood back in his playing days. He often related anecdotes about his dad Dickie Greenwood, and in one he recalled that his Dad always said (as an England player) that the best sound in rugby was a quiet Cardiff Arms Park. It meant you were really on top and proving yourselves if the Welsh Crowd had been quieted.

  • @Lavadude13 Indeed I think Lancaster has at least tried to mix it up a bit in terms of selection. The Lions team next year will I think be one of the strongest ever, Welsh lads will be dominant in places I reckon, such key players like Phillips,Warburton and Jenkins. France is always a tough match but youre right its definitely payback time for the RWC and Wales are far too strong! Should be a cracker of a game to watch!

  • @MrPorkydanjou Well tbh alot of people get carried away over here when the term Grand Slam is used, but i cant see Italy upsetting us, and France is gonna be a tough one but at the same time i honestly believe it'll be revenge for the RWC on the cards. I love the 6N but im gagging for the Lions next year, should be one hell of a team in all fairness. Also Twickenham will be a fotress again i reckon, personally I hope Lancaster gets the job over Mallet, an overated dinosaur coach imo

  • @Lavadude13 I agree! We English talk about ' Fortress Twickenham' but I have been to the Millenium and seen our side get spanked too often by Wales, 'Fortress Cardiff' me thinks! No as long as your team keep playing as you are then the grand slam is in the bag!

  • @MrPorkydanjou Whoa hard to tell butt, I dont expect an easy game at all but France may be extremely tired after 4 weeks on the trot... thus far im not too impressed by them but saying that Wales havent been magnificent either, although it seems every team has upped their game for us. Personally both my head and heart say we'll GS it this year, if it was in France id be either way but not in Cardiff... cant wait I love rugby days in the capital

  • @Lavadude13 Haha! Doh! Grand Slam you think this year? Dont know what to make of the French as per usual, can turn upto play or not be arsed..i think Wales will do it!

  • funny how the officials never seen anything yet the are sponsored by specsavers

  • Priceless!

  • @MrPorkydanjou See i like Barnes, and im welsh :P
