depends how many reps you do. if you go really fast your toning, the slower you go the more you are bulking

you could do them a little faster, but do them too fast then you ruin the effectiveness of the exercise. You want to make sure you feel your ab muscles working. If you go too fast, you end up using your momentum when going down to help you back up.

When doing these exercises, do you have to go very slowly as shown in the vid? Or could one do the exercises faster? thanks.
