To put my oar in, as it were...I'm a Fundamentalist Christian, and a conservative, but I still enjoy Todd / Utopia; I just don't worship them.

Todd never learned how to read music, and still cannot to this day. With his talent, who needs to read music. And what a talent to create all of these tunes -- a remarkable man and great guy!

I used 2 go 2 Ray's Downtown in WPB. The doorman was cool and we'd talk music. Asked him the best performr he'd seen & he said TR. The show I later saw was good, almost too good. A musical GENIUS, & the work of geniuses can b complex 2 digest. He spans so many avenues of musical genres,
mood, romantic love, holistic love, hopes and trials of humanity. He's evolved & experimented as an artist; live show is by far better than any old album. The most eclectic yet immensely soulful show I've seen

Actually, it has alwasy been "Todd is Godd." See the difference??? Geeez ... lighten up; it's just a phrase. Nobody is gonna confuse Todd for a diety.

Yeah, I get the picture. It's just that every TR fan that I ever saw is a devout athiest and they get huffy whenever they even think that someone in the crowd is a believer. While this IS part of Todd's politics, Todd is very tolerent. I know, I have met him and talked with him at length. TR is a very nice man, who actually comes off like ALF. Todd is indeed a very fine man, a gent and very, very funny. I am simply at a loss that his fans get so pissed when they see a Conservative. - Lighten up!

Again, I met the guy, along with Kasim and Greg Hawkes. They are lefties and I am a rightie. Doesn't matter. Todd is tolerant of the vast difference, too bad you are not. After all, a fan is a fan.
