Belgium once featured a country-wide system of interurban trams, of which this line is a remnant. The company is (was) known as Nationale Maatschappij vn Buurtsporwegen / Compagnie National de Chemin de Fer Vicinaux

This is the main Tramstation in Oostende , Belgium
The tramway is called de kust-tram roughly translated "coastal tramway"
It's a 70 km long tramway stretching from De Panne up to Knokke all
along the Belgian coast.
The railstock (vehicles) where build in Belgium in the factories near
Brugge (Bruges) called BN-Bombardier.
