OH MY GOSH. this is not easy at all. im actually hmong and is learning how to speak korean. THIS DOES HELP BUT IM A BEGINNER SO ITS REALLY COMPLICATED FOR ME. PLEASE HELP ME MORE. BY THE WAY DOES SOUTH KOREAN AND NORTH KOREAN SPEAK THE SAME LANGUAGE?
티 the E like shaped character there is a stressed T.. (t') it is used only when a word has a stressed letter T. but most this character are used when a word is english.
엣 the character at the bottom has two uses. if it's in the beginning, it would sound 's'. if it's in the bottom of the syllable, it's pronounced as 'T'. like 랄 the the s like shaped character is pronounced as 'R' if it's in the beginning, but if it's in the bottom part, it would sound like 'L' so 랄 this syllable is read as 'RAL'.
