i understand it like this. take the syllable and break it into parts.
then put them together and read.
like if this was a syllable " ^_*", break it into parts (^ , *, _) and read it as ^*_. there will be tons of exceptions thou. haha correct me if I'm wrong I'm struggling here too
OH MY GOSH. this is not easy at all. im actually hmong and is learning how to speak korean. THIS DOES HELP BUT IM A BEGINNER SO ITS REALLY COMPLICATED FOR ME. PLEASE HELP ME MORE. BY THE WAY DOES SOUTH KOREAN AND NORTH KOREAN SPEAK THE SAME LANGUAGE?
