@TBirdSCIL Check The History of WWE's website that documents that Bash tours as it confirms everything. I can't link it in the comments.
Hawk even references the Wargames match that took place that night in Oakland.

@TheNWAChannel - Wrong. Garvin says 87 but its 88. The Fantastics were not on the 87 Bash tour. Luger didn't turn face until January of 88 so he wouldn't be hanging in the face locker room with Sting, Warriors, Williams, etc. Also, the video references that this is in Oakland and Dusty says "one more stop" with references to Kansas City. Oakland and KC were the last two stops on the 88 Bash tour.
