1. Try forwarding your ports.
2. Make sure you have Halo 1.08
3. Make sure you are looking for empty servers.
4. Give it a few seconds to setup and wait another few seconds to show up on the list.

@wattosacrim I believe the "SAPP" application can help you with that. I'm not quite sure how exactly to setup the game in that matter but I'm sure it has something to do with SAPP.
