jesse james is a deadman police chase

jesse james challenged the police to a police chase with all bets on at 300 dollars.....this is the second one when the bet was 600 with the other police officer.........isn't gambling illegal, especially for a copper?

i dont think this is gambling, gambling will allow you to win more money then what you first bet. they bet 600. who ever wins gets the 600, no more no less.

@iambac I agree the CVPI is fast - I've driven one and plan to own one, but that chase doesn't add up. And to be honest, I've never needed a cop. In nearly every case I've come across where one could have come in useful, they've proven otherwise.
