We sell a wide range of readymade and made to measure roller blinds online and in our shops. Most of our readymade roller blinds come with a standard cord-operated mechanism, but those blind cords can pose a danger to small children - so all our blinds come with a safety clip. Once installed, you can tie the cord away safely at the side of the window out of your child's reach. To remove this hazard altogether, on our children's print readymade roller blinds we've introduced a new spring mechanism which entirely eliminates the need for cords.
Blinds with a spring mechanism need to be assembled and installed in a slightly different way to cord-operated roller blinds. So once you've got your blind home, you'll need to follow a short process to assemble the spring mechanism and mount your blind. In this video one of our expert fitters talks you through this step by step, as well as how to re-tension your blind if it starts to roll up too quickly or too slowly. It takes minutes!
If you're choosing from our range of made to measure roller blinds, any can be ordered with the spring mechanism, including our 7-day service. (Please note that this supercedes what Martin states in the video.)
