The One Hit Wonder of San Jose, CA. It all started in 1992 when R.O.C. formerly known as "N-EFFECT" signed a record deal with Scotti Bros. in LA, and a publishing deal with BMG Music. The group toured the west-coast, playing with the likes of groups that dominated the radio in those days, including Color Me Badd, Chubb Rock, Sir Mix A Lot, Lighter Shade Of Brown, and Das EFX. The group's hit song, 'Dedicated To My Girl', climbed the playlist charts of radio stations all over the west coast, including the bay area's own 107.7 KSOL, Hot 97.7, and 106 KMEL, LA's Power 106, Sacramento's 102.5 KSFM, San Diego's Z90, San Antonio, El Paso, and Arizona to name a few. From the early 90's R.O.C. has been rockin shows from the West Coast, East Coast and FAR East Coast. Even bootlegged in Japan and Philippines. This is just another small vid of one of our highlights through the years. Enjoy the 90's! If ya don't know...go ask your PARENTS!
