As nice as this is, this IS NOT electro-funk! Examples are: Klymaxx-"Meeting In the Ladies Room", Planet Patrol-"Play At Your Own Risk", O'Jays-"Put Our Heads Together", D-Train-"You're The One For Me", Newcleus-"Jam On It", and Hass-"Nasy-Fits". think of the transition and fusion of poular black music between 1980 and 1986. It's electro and hip-hop influenced soul. You know it when you hear it, really, The best modern example is Chromeo.
