But seriously, I wouldn't be worried about it. Trust me, they WILL get you into shape. I wasn't great at running but I went from worse to better. There was always someone who couldn't do a certain exercise. I promise you won't be the only one!!! ;-)

This is good info to know BUT unless bootcamp has gotten soft since I left Great Mistakes about 5 years ago you'll gonna beat whether you know it regardless (^__^). And they'll probably beat you just for knowing it.

"Think you're some Jimmy Neutron, f**ckin genius" to quote my RDC's. Yeah, regardless of how much you know you'll get beat just because the division of 80 guys won't know it.

So be prepared.

Don't stencil wrong (^__^), that's the BIGGEST advice I can give.
