the thing that cracks me up is that all the cars that had deisal engines back in the 80s got almost 50 miles tho the gallon like for instance a 82 chevy chivette 45 mpg and duh not a hybrid diesal technolagy is advancing even though the newer diesals have worse pollutants than the old ones but still when you can get 11 mpg towing a 32 foor fifthwheel your doin good. hook a ball trailer up to a suburban hybrid and try moving

I have a better idea! You have to drive with a touch pad and go 200 MPH!

Just fill the Sharia desert. You know why we don't have solar energy? Because the sun gose away every night and doesn't tell us where its going.
-
However, the remainder of other fossil fuel sources besides coal, Natural gas added with the amount of coal adds to around 80% of US energy sources.
Solar energy is great. Just one fraction of all the desert land on Earth can be used to power all of humanity

If Toyota sold a plug in hybrid then you'd save a whole lot more money and faster too.

Wow..... Last time I checked, it was 85...

The U.S. is 55% coal power.

Water cars don't exist. See 'Who killed the electric car?'

Toyota hybrid is hardly an alternative energy...I mean look at biodiesel, now that's something to cheer with.
