donwooden you are all wrong. This Bishop has preached the gospel, the love of God for all. He seeks to hold the ELCA together and has been a good bishop. When you point your finger and condemn someone remember what Jesus said. "You that have no sin cast the first stone". If you remember that you will be just like those ancient legalists and you will shrink away in shame. May God's power of understanding fully fall on you. God Bless.
